Caring for Your Wooden Spoons: These handcrafted wooden treasures are finished with food-safe coconut oil, so let’s keep them looking their best. Here are some great tips:

• Avoid soaking them too long: It’s okay for your spoon to get wet, but avoid week-long water baths! Always wash your wooden items after use. You may notice staining may occur and this just adds to the beauty of and story of your spoon!
• After use, hang it up or dry with a tea towel.
• To keep your spoon smooth, rub in a little beeswax or coconut oil now and then to keep the wood smooth and happy.
• Be gentle: hand wash and use mild dish soap only. Not dishwasher safe.
