Postage within Australia
Unfortunately, shipping cost are expensive, and prices are always on the increase making it tough for smaller businesses like ours to compete with the big guns!
We are working on shipping costs being calculated at checkout based on size, weight and distance to try to keep all of our prices across the store as low as possible.
Currently we offer postage at $16.95 but may contact you if we need to add extra shipping costs to your order due to the order is bulky or significantly heavy.
Once payment has been received, we will send you an email confirmation. We aim to post all orders within 36 hours of receiving your order. The majority of our orders are sent via Australia Post, they are a reliable service and arrive in a timely manner. Where more economical, we may use an alternative carrier.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER: If you provide an email address with your order, we will email you your Australia Post Tracking number. This allows you to access tracking updates from Australia Post to see when your goodies will be arriving at your door.
Please note shipping is from Albany, WA.
EXPRESS POST: We have decided not to offer express post just now as we live in rural Western Australia and express can still take several days to get over to the east. Please contact us if you would like an order express posted.
Pick ups at our physical shop:
You are welcome to pick your order up from our shop in Albany, 1/222 Chester Pass Road) Friday 9-pm or Saturday 9-4pm.
Simply click “Pick Up” when you check out and an email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.
If you are unable to pick up during these times, please click free local pick up and send us a message. We will arrange to have them left at the Albany Business Center for you Mon- Thursday 9-4.30pm weekdays. Note: We need at least a days' notice for this option.
