Breathing Board

ARRIVING MID JANUARY

Students master breathing techniques, learning to breathe deeply and mindfully, as they trace their way along our simple-to-use breathing board! 

The board features easy-to-read printed directions alongside a smooth, grooved pathway that travels up and down three mountain peaks.

As students slowly move a finger over each mountain, they practice taking deep, calming breaths and learn to regulate their emotions!

A durable wooden breathing board and a guide; board measures 13.9 x 21.5cm.

Develops skills in identifying and regulating emotions, regaining focus and building fine motor control.

Ages: 3 – 6 years.
