The Spikey Spinner Hub is a pair of textured replacement centre pieces designed primarily for the Kaiko Wheel Spinner. They also fit the Kaiko Mega Cog, giving you a simple way to swap the standard smooth holding surfaces for a more intense, patterned tactile experience.

Focused texture with a harm-minimising rim

The raised patterned surface can provide focused fingertip pressure, rubbing and textured picking support. A protective rim sits around the Spikey texture, helping to keep contact within the small fingertip area and making the points more difficult to drag across broader areas of skin.

This is a harm-minimising design feature, not a guarantee against unsafe use. The hubs should be used as intended with fingertip contact and appropriate supervision (if applicable).

How to fit

Remove the existing smooth centre pieces from your compatible Kaiko spinner, then fit the Spikey Spinner Hubs in their place. Gently tighten until secure. Do not overtighten. Check regularly and retighten as needed during use.

Choosing the right fit

The Spikey Spinner Hub may suit people who actively seek strong, concentrated tactile input or who use picking, pressing or rubbing to regulate. It changes the centre contact surface of the spinner; it does not replace the spinner itself.

Helpful to know

Intended for fingertip contact only—do not scrape or drag the textured surface across the skin, use on broken or irritated skin, or place in the mouth. Stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
