NOTE: Strips are quite large and easy to cut into smaller pieces. For example, I have cut a small finger 10 cent piece size to put on my computer which gives enough input for me to aid concentration. This of course will change person to person.
This is a very fun and actually quite versatile tool. The kids actually enjoy sitting in it on family movie night. It easily fits two of my kids at the same time. They really enjoy the rocking and pressure.
