We’ve worked hard to make our socks as seamless and sensory-safe as possible. If you notice a tiny knot / stitch next to the toe seam, don’t worry—it’s soft and gentle, and will soften even more with washing. If it bothers you, try wearing them inside for a while so that you can keep enjoying all the comfort features you love.

For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear (including briefs, boxers and crop tops) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once tried on, even for sizing issues.

Underwear returns will only be accepted if:

• The item is unworn and unwashed
• The item is untouched and in original packaging
• The return is requested within the 10-day return window

Any underwear that shows signs of being worn, tried on, washed, or handled beyond inspection cannot be accepted, in line with health and hygiene standards.
